Nurses have still been in and out all night and morning. He’s gotten some sleep, but he said he’s still exhausted. They took him down to get a post-op MRI done around 9:30am. He should be done with that around 10:30am. He doesn’t have an appetite much at all unfortunately. The nurses want him to eat some, but he said he’s not hungry and his jaw hurts. They said his jaw hurts because they had to cut and then reattach a muscle there during surgery. The physician‘s assistant, Kelly, said it was okay to still chew and work through that when he’s finally hungry. He’s a trooper! Please keep praying for a smooth recovery and that the MRI results are good.
