Sleep was on and off again for Josiah because the visits from the nurses. BUT this morning the doctor came and visited and said the post-op MRI results were wonderful. He said all of parts of the tumor that had contrast dye we’re gone. He said typically the brain takes a few weeks to start expanding back into its domain, but his brain had already started expanding back in which is amazing. Still waiting on results from pathology that will determine if it is a grade 2 or grade 3 tumor. As of now, it looks to be an astrocytoma. They just won’t know the grade of it until the pathology results are back. Dr. Robinson said he was very pleased with the surgery and the last MRI, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Josiah is a little discouraged with how his scar looks. It’s pretty gnarly, but the hair should grow back around it over time. Looking to get discharged from the hospital today! Thank you for the prayers, and please continue to pray that the pathology comes back clean and non-cancerous!
Bruh, keep the side shave, that scar is straight badass! 😝 So happy to hear the awesome news!!!
Praise the Lord for the good report and MRI! That scar is cool. Once the hair grows back I doubt that it will even be noticeable though, unless Josiah decides to keep that rocking mohawk look...🤔
Thanks for keeping us up to date. You're in my constant thoughts and prayers.
❤❤❤
Yes! Great news!
That is great news to be thankful. God is answering prayers daily and thankful for his answer for Josiah's.
He can use the scar as a testimony!
