We did not receive the news we were necessarily hoping for. The neuro-radiologist who interpreted his MRI wrote that he saw what looked to be a grade 2 recurrence. The oncologist wasn't to sure though, as she is going to meet with him tomorrow so he can show her what he saw. We are also waiting for his neurosurgeon to get back from vacation to give a second look. If he confirms what they think that they see, he may want to do another resection surgery. Additionally, they want us to go to Duke to explore options for clinical trials that they have access to. We will keep you guys posted on what we end up hearing back with the other interpretations of his MRI. He said he still feels healed so we are keeping the faith. Our faith will only grow through perseverance with fighting. God can make what doctors deem as "impossible," POSSIBLE.

Another piece of frustrating news is that insurance denied coverage for his Optune head gear. This equipment and treatment is $20,000 per month so that is a little scary, but we signed the appeal for the oncologist to send to insurance again so that hopefully they will change their minds about covering it.

Please pray for the second opinions for Josiah. We know God has a plan!!
