Today was the call with the Oncologist, Dr. Volas-redd. It went so well, and it further confirmed the good news from Josiah's MRI! Dr. Volas-redd said, "The scan looks beautiful! I could have never been able to tell there was a tumor there." Now there is still a hole from where 85-90% of the tumor was removed, but there is no visible cancer! I attached a picture of the video call with the Dr showing Josiah's brain! As some of you know, GBM is a very infiltrative cancer, so doctors say it is very likely even when you can't SEE cancer cells, there are typically tiny cancer cells branching out that have not formed a visible tumor yet. So that is why we are continuing his Optune head cap treatment and chemo every month. BUT, like I keep saying, we are believing in God's capable and perfect healing power, as Josiah says he feels healthy and healed :) Josiah is getting blood work done tomorrow to make sure everything there is also doing well.
