Hi friends! Things have been well, except Josiah has been experiencing spells over the last several weeks that include a sudden onset of severe fear/anxiety, full body goosebumps, clamminess, and sometimes left eye twitching. They only last 30 seconds to a minutes, and then he is fine. He has been having about 2 a day over the past few weeks. Today was his neurologist follow up, and he believes that these are partial focal seizures. He is adding a new medication for Josiah called Lamictal. He believes this will help tremendously, however this medication has a 8%-10% risk of causing a severe and sometimes life threatening rash. If it occurs, he will obviously have to stop the medicine immediately, and we will have to have him checked out.

Our prayer requests would be that obviously this rash does not happen for him, and that the new medicine stops the focal seizures! And as always, please pray for continued full healing of Josiah :) Thank you!
